Dear Radix Family,

It is with great pride and anticipation that I write to you as the principal of Radix Elementary School. While I've had the pleasure of meeting many families in my role as assistant principal, I genuinely look forward to building on those relationships and meeting the entire school community. I am excited about this new adventure and the opportunity to serve the students, dedicated staff, and families of Radix Elementary!

Over the past 16 years as a proud Monroe Township educator, I've had the privilege of working in each of our district's schools. Through the course of my journey in Monroe, I have served as a teacher, coach, district supervisor, and assistant principal. I am honored to take this next step in my career as the principal of Radix Elementary School.

Together, I look forward to maintaining a collaborative school community and positive culture for our children. I believe students and teachers need a visionary, servant leader who not only supports them but also motivates and inspires them to attain excellence. Likewise, families need assurance that the well-being and social-emotional needs of all children are at the foundation of decisions. It is my goal to promote a student-focused, academic environment where all children feel safe and excited to come to school each day. Involving each of you as a member of our Radix school community is key to achieving that goal.

As an educator and parent, I have a profound belief in a love for learning. Elementary school gives us the greatest gift of seeing children in their purest form. It is hard to top the smiles at the start of a new school year, but as principal, I hope that our students maintain that smile and love for learning through their years at Radix Elementary.

The connection between home and school is one of the most important aspects of the work we do at Radix Elementary. My door is always open and I look forward to your communication at any time. Please do not hesitate to reach out with concerns or even to just say hello!
