Transition-Focused Resource Fair at WHS!

For our second SEPAG meeting of the year, the Special Services Department will be hosting a resource fair for students and parents. The focus will be on resources for students as they consider life after school.

Why Transition Services?

Help students learn life skills (e.g., managing finances, using public transportation, making medical decisions)
Encourage self-determination, empowering students to advocate for their needs in college, the workplace, and daily life
Helps students explore vocational programs, supported employment, and career pathways
Bridge the gap between school and adult services
