Free Self-Defense & Anti-Bullying Seminar for Children

Families are invited to a free Self-Defense & Anti-Bullying Seminar on Saturday, September 26 at Hassett’s Jiu-Jitsu in Williamstown.
Designed for children ages 6–13, the seminar will focus on practical, age-appropriate skills including verbal assertiveness, de-escalation, self-defense, confidence and self-control.
Two sessions will be offered:
- Ages 6–9: 10:00–11:00 AM
- Ages 10–13: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
